SAVE THE DATE: Choose your experience, event date and rental time. Once your booking is confirmed and the required payment is received, your date is secured. DESIGN YOUR EXPERIENCE: We customize the details to complement your event—from photo designs and branding to selected enhancements and experience options. CONFIRM & CELEBRATE: Before your event, we finalize the details so everything is ready. On event day, we handle the experience while you enjoy your celebration.
Space requirements vary by experience. Most setups require a 10×10 clean, level area with enough room for the equipment, guests, and safe movement around the experience. We’ll confirm the exact space requirements for your selected experience before your event so you know exactly what is needed.
Most experiences require access to a standard grounded 3-prong electrical outlet located near the setup area. Additional power may be required depending on the experience and selected enhancements. We’ll confirm any additional power requirements before your event.
Yes, outdoor setups are available in suitable weather conditions. However, none of our equipment can be operated outdoors in rain or snow. Outdoor setups require a clean, level, covered area with appropriate power. If rain, snow, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions are expected, an indoor backup location is required to protect guests and equipment.
Setup time varies depending on the experience and selected enhancements. Our team arrives with enough time to have everything fully set up, tested, and ready before your scheduled start time. Setup and breakdown time are not deducted from your booked experience time.
We recommend reserving your experience as early as possible, especially for weekends, weddings, galas, corporate events, and holiday celebrations. Popular dates can book several months in advance, with November and December typically requiring even earlier planning for holiday events. Short-notice bookings may still be available depending on the date and selected experience, so don’t hesitate to check availability even if your event is approaching.
